Important dining information
We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation. If you’re running late, please give us a call otherwise we may need to offer your table to walk ins.
We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests but please note tables are allocated in the order reservations are received and cannot be guaranteed.
Your reservation runs for up to 2 hours from your confirmed start time (including any late arrival). Should there be no following bookings, we would be pleased to have you stay a little longer.
To help us manage your tables smoothly, cancellations or no shows including reducing your party size, made within six hours of your booking, incur a $50 per person fee and any prepaid deposit will be forfeited. Rest assured, all credit card details are handled securely by OpenTable.
For parties of seven or more, a 10% service charge will apply to your final bill. If you have dietary requests, special arrangements or need any assistance, just email us at info@bysang.com.au and we’ll be delighted to help.
At by Sang, guests of all ages are most welcome. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that all guests, including little ones, remain seated throughout your visit.
While our wine list is extensive, we understand if you have a treasured bottle you’d like to enjoy, feel free to bring up to two of your own, wine only. Corkage is $30 for the first bottle and $50 for the second.
We offer a tempting dessert selection and outside food is generally not permitted. However for special celebrations, we’re happy to consider a guest supplied cake, simply email us at info@bysang.com.au in advance.
Please include details of any high risk allergens (eg nuts, dairy, gluten etc). As the cake will not have been prepared or stored by our team, we ask that you assume responsibility for its dietary and safety compliance.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday.
A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
