Important dining information
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time, otherwise tables may be given to walk ins.
We will try to accommodate any written requests for bookings as much as possible, but please note that it’s not guaranteed. Tables are allocated by the dates of reservations.
There is a $50 last minute cancellation / No-show fee is charged per person when cancelling a reservation within 6 hours. Deposits pre-paid will be forfeited. Please note this includes any number decreases. All credit card information will be processed securely by opentable.
Groups of 7 guests and above are considered as group bookings & a 10% service charge applies to the final bill. Please email us at info@bysang.com.au for any dietary requirements, special arrangements or any further assistance.
All reservations have up to 2 hours of dining time from the original confirmed booking time. Customers may need to return the table in less than 2 hours including late arrivals.
All guests including children must remain seated at all times. This is for the safety of all guests and our staff.
We are a fully licensed venue however you are more than welcome to bring your favourite/special wine bottles along to match with our food. Corkage is $50 per bottle.
Bringing your own cake is strictly not allowed due to food safety issue but we can organise a birthday message when pre-arranged. Please leave us a note when booking.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday.
A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
