Our Story
Snagyong, The Owner chef has started his journey 15 years ago and landed at By Sang to invite all of you to his exquisite Japanese restaurant in Sydney.
Our mission is to present dishes that can be delivered to customers with fresh, ethical and sustainable ingredients.
By Sang supports local farmers and fishermen.
